no good deed goes unpunished
I felt like I needed extra caffeine this morning, so I left for work a little early to have time to go to Starbucks.  I'm there, and I am just thinking, "Hey, maybe your dad would like some coffee and a muffin", especially since whenever I go there for lunch and don't finish half of my muffin, he asks if he can have it.  I have only brought him coffee and a muffin once before, on Monday because it was the day after Father's Day, and I though I would do something nice, other than the card I had given him the day before.  But today, he was late to work, so I drank his coffee 'cause I am a caffeine addict, but left him his muffin.  He came in, said he had just eaten, so he put it in the fridge.  None of this I have a problem with.  But, then he chastises me and tells me to stop.  All this would have OK too, but didn't say it like he was trying to be nice, like "Oh you didn't have to do that."  He has kind of a punishing tone, "Put in your bank account, blah blah blah".  And that just kind of pissed me off.  IDK, maybe I am just being a bitch, but I can't help it.  I would say PMS, but it's a way too early for that.

An afterthought....I mean. he buys me lunch a lot, and I am just trying to repay him a little!  If he mentions this again, I will tell him to stop buying me lunch, unless he is for Tom (the other boss) too.
