'cause I can't wait until tomorrow for some reason
It's a little early, buuuut...here's the usual from hp_fridayfive

1. Have dinner with? Percy Weasley. I would love to pick apart his brain. I imagine once I got him to open up, we would spend the whole night talking, glasses of wine and candles dying...
2. Share an apartment with? Luna Lovegood. She's extremely laid back, so she wouldn't be in your grill all the time. That said, I think she is also responsible enough to pay the rent on time as well.
3. Be locked in a jail cell with? Since I can only pick one, George Weasley. He's my favorite twin, and I think he is one of the few people that could make being in jail somewhat bearable.
4. Go camping with? Ick! I don't understand why you white people like to sleep outside on the ground! Cedric Diggory, seems he was outdoorsy enough to know how to do everything.
5. Go on a date with? I'm kinda going through a Blaise Zabini phase.

I won't give anything away (just in case people recorded it or something), but the results of SYTYCD were hardly surprising. I was a little saddened by the guy they sent home. But the other two were also excellent, so I would have been sad no matter what.

Yay! Kids in the Hall!!! One of my favorite sketches! Scott Thompson ("Yes. [He's] the fag") gets kidnapped!

Ugh. I gotta go into work an hour early tomorrow. Small price to pay for having the 'rents go out of town for the weekend though.

You know that you're my hero, right?

Hehehe. Well I try. XD

So I went to the doctor's for my annual check-up, which is two years too late. And she was all 'You have to start eating healthier foods, like sushi.'

I gave her 'the look', you know the one reserved for bratty brothers and pain in the tush cousins. But I trust her, because she's one of the few docs I've ever had that's well...trusty-worthy. So now I've got a menu for a little japanese resturant next to my favorite bookstore.

How's your weekend hanging so far?

That reminds me, I should go in go in for my annual check-up. It's been about 3+ years. D'oh!

A sushi lunch preceeded my book shopping sounds like good times to me!

The weekend...ugh. I don't want to go into work an hour early. I am supposed to drive to my friend's place tomorrow night. I've never been there before, so I will have an adventure. XP

But I am gonna have to sneak in a sushi break sometime. I really want some now! I mean, more than usual.

I'm all about the "If I haven't been sick, why should I go?" philosophy when it comes to health care.

Book and movie shopping. Blood & Chocolate and Ghost Rider are out on dvd, so much with the yes.

*sends good driving vibes your way* Be safe on the road.

Any good suggestions? I've seriously never had sushi before in my life. But I love seafood of most kind.

I am totally with ya on the not going in unless thing. I went about a year ago for my back (and all the subsequent stuff), but no real exam.

The store I went to yesterday for Blood & Chocolate didn't have it!!! Damn you, Fred Meyer! I went on your website, it was listed. It was even listed on your in-store computer things. But no. It was not to be found. I will probably try Tar-jay or Best Buy this weekend.

I don't know anything about sushi. I know I had this kind that was yellowtail, cucumber and masago (according to the menu) that was awesome! So maybe look for those ingredients or something.

I'm going to Borders, they usually have a lot of copies hidden in the back store room. And if they aren't there, then Circuit City is right across the street. I love shopping centers.

*scans my menu* Hamachi Nigiri (Yellowtail Sushi). *puts a little check mark by that.* And it's only $1.75 a piece, score.

gaaah sytycd is sooo amazing this year..at first I didn't think they would be able to compare with last year, but wooow!

I pretty much like everyone...*sigh* I was sad to see them both leave last night, but Ashlee's solo pretty much sucked, and well I'm not sure why they got rid of Ricky. Mia's probably freaking out..her dancer in heaven, AND her favorite male dancer left the first night..ouch! I wanted Cedric to leave, because I'm worried about how he'll cope with other styles of dance, but I guess we'll see...

I still think I will like season 2 more, just because of Benji, LOL! But everyone this year is so good!

It's hard because every last one of them is there for a reason, not like last year when there were some who weren't that great. I bet Mia is crying! And yeah, Ashlee just kinda flailed around the stage. I mean, you are dancing for your life, chica! But I thought Ricky's solo was amazing! I thought all the guys brought it in their solos, but I think Ricky was more impressive than Cedric. And I am with ya on worrying how well Cedric will adapt to other styles.

Ah man, such good picks for HP Friday! When I first saw the questions, I was all "Fred Weasley...Fred Weasley...HELL YEAH FRED WEASLEY!!" XD Now I must actually think about it, because your answers were so good. :P

Cedric does seem outdoorsy...maybe it's because of that random tree-climbing scene in the movie. The first time I saw it I was all "Hey, look! Attractive boys DO just fall out of trees!!"
Allee: weasleytwinsPWNlady_lyca on June 15th, 2007 06:50 pm (UTC)
Hehehe. I just want to jump pretty much everyone's bones in the HP-verse. With some major exclusions of course.

I think I might have put a little too much thought into this. LOL! Took it far too seriously. XD

And he was a jock. Jocks seems to be outdoorsy to me. And it was just a vibe. And I think you're right about the tree having something to do with it.

Think of the lucky logger/maple syrup gather/person stumbling upon THAT tree! Damn!
