odd, random childhood flashback...
It's about one a.m., I'm sitting in bed, watching Girls Just Want To Have Fun (a really cool '80s movie starring Sarah Jessica Parker, Helen Hunt, and a pre-bitchtacular Shannen Doherty), and peeling off my nail polish.  Yeah, just one of my many bad habits.  But, it reminded me of when I how I was a little kid I would put glue on my hand, let it dry and the peel it off.  Did anyone else do this?  Does anyone else remember how that Elmer's white glue was much more effective than that of its rival clear gluestick?  I think I may have to go buy one of the Elmer's with that weird orange cap tomorrow.

Hun, definitely recall that. Were we doing that around the same time period? I miss the time we got to spend together in elementary school now. :'(

I caught that movie on tv once. It was hilarious to see Helen Hunt and Sarah Jessica Parker look so young.

And I think its a staple of elementary school life to do the "Look, I'm peeling off my skin" routine. Life would have been so much less interesting without it, don't you think? :)
