Too cool for a subject
Lalala...Work is slow, so I am updating for once. I am also getting an application ready for a HP RP, and it is frustrating. I want to get it all exactly right. I am applying for the part of Narcissa Black, so if anyone wants to offer any help or tid bits of info that'd be great.

Lauren, I would for specifics, but since you are a mod, that is probably frowned upon.

Sara: If you talk to Amanda, tell her to call me. I hate always being the one to set things up! And, I miss you!

Audrey, call me sometime soon so we can do something this weekend!

Alison: I hope your finals and such get over very quickly and I am sure you are doing a dynamite job! ...Yeah, I just felt like using the word "dynamite".

Thanks, Allison. Dynamite's a neat word. So is Narcissa Black. Words.

You should know that Narcissa undoubtedly comes from the Greek myth about Narcissus, the self-loving boy who would rather make love to himself than Echo, the amorous nympth. He spends his days obsessing over the loveliness of his refleciton in the water until the day he dies. And then he turns into a flower, most likely a daffodil because it comes from the genus Narcissus.

I say Narcissa Black's favorite flower is a daffodil. It keeps with her namesake but also shows that she has a sensitive side. Most Death Eaters probably don't have a favorite flower at all. Most Death Eaters probably eat flowers with little babies and decapitated heads.

I hope you get the part!

girl, you must be reading my mind! Because Narcissa shows fierce devotion to her son (i.e: going behind Voldemort's back to make the Unbreakable Vow with Snape), I figure her to be nurturing, and therefore exceling at herbology! And, I will definitely bring that daffodil thing in!

Mmmm...flowers and babies and decapitated heads...yum!
