Everybody is there, Business of strange bed fellows, Makes you dance around like a bear
WHYYYYYYY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

WHY?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Dwight please don't be gone for long! And Angela, please kill Andy. KEEEEELL him, slowly and painfully.

Speaking of Angela, how cute was she when her and Pam went to get coffee? I was sputtering for a minute or two when she asked Pam to go.

Amanda just texted me, "Your lover quit!" :(

On a much happier note, I had another snow day today! I celebrated by making chocolate chip pancakes. They sure didn't look like culinary masterpieces, but they tasted pretty darn good.

Also, I only have to go in around 11 tomorrow so I can get the checks and take them to the bank. Pretty schweet, huh? Sorry, have to brag just a little. After having to work 3 extra hours Tuesday, this has been nice. 3 hours may not sound like much, but if any of you have back problems, ya know how it is.

The Golden Globes are Monday! I wish I could have a party. I love award shows. Because I am a loser and the celebrity goings-on of Hollywood are what make up my life. I would love to be on the Red Carpet. As security, and interviewer, whatever! That's why I want all of my friends who act to get famous! I know Amanda would take me! LOL!

She would also introduce me to Vincent D'onofrio if she ever got an internship on Law & Order: CI XP

I wish you were here a couple of months ago because I was invited to a red carpet event (The priemere of Paradise Texas) but we were late and not that I didn't enjoy my time with Mike, but I think if I had invited you we'd be there earlier haha. Only because he gets off work really late though. But, yeah. If only you were here a couple of months ago! I'll give you a tip though if you have any Angelika theatre nearby, they're always holding red carpet events. You just gotta take a look at their website!

I'm also excited about the Golden Globes. Do you get all tear-jerky when you watch them? lol I'm so pathetic. I cry. I was SO pumped up about the People's Choice Awards this year and I was so happy I found the awards from when I was like eight. Even though it was taped over fuckin Married With Children. It's okay, I get re-runs every night on channel 52 and tapes and a few (but not nearly enough!) DVDs. Anyway, I was in love with the People Choice Awards. Christina Applegate gave Johnny Depp an award. Click won. Jen and Vince both won and Vince was up against Brad so that made it fuckin awesome. (Haha note: I hate Brad except for like one reason which is that he and Angelina said they didn't plan to marry until everyone's allowed to). Grey's Anatomy winning I don't even know how many awards. Patrick Dempseys "Thank you for creating McDreamy" speech. Howie Mandell presenting. Queen Latifah hosting. Angela Palmer was beautiful. Cameron Diaz won and she deserved it and so did Ellen and Robin Williams. Wanda Sykes presented and cracked me up. The shot out to Peter Boyle. The standing up for James Brown. King Of Queens being nominated. Haha. Sorry...I remember it vividly from the other night. It's probably one of my favourites. Everyone I love won or presented! ♥

We don't have any of those theatres nearby! Boo-urns! :(

Ok, I totally cry. Especially during the "In Memoriam", even if I don't recognize anyone who has died. I am glad everyone you liked won :) I totally forgot when it was on, dammit! I love Queen Latifah, she's so beautiful. And yay for Click! Adam Sandler made me cry for the second time, LOL. The first being in Spanglish. And sorry, but I love Brad. Not 'cause he's hot (I honestly only find him sexy in Mr. & Mrs. Smith and Ocean's 11). But I don't get why so many people took sides in the divorce. I mean, he and Jen just wanted different things. Sometimes it doesn't work out. I don't know if that's why you hate him, I just had to throw that out there :P And I don't think he and Angelina got together in the Biblical sense until after he broke things off with Jen; because she always talks about how she saw what it did to her mother when her dad cheated.

Wanda Sykes is a genius! As is Ellen and Robin. I honestly think Robin is one of the most underrated actors of our time.
candichristine on January 12th, 2007 08:10 am (UTC)
What's great is Robin won awards. I can't remember which but it was a huge deal and got a lot of screen time on the awards. I was so happy for him. I looked up to him when I was little. Never had a crush or anything, but from what I know he and I are both Cancers, both Epileptics, and both people involved in acting and he does so much for St. Jude's Hospital so yeah. He's an amazing person, comedian and actor. I really do look up to him.

Queen is definitely beautiful. I miss watching Living Single all the time. You know the thing about Queen Latifah is she just has this perfect face and she looks good in anything she wears, but I don't know about you, but she especially looks good in red to me. (Last Holiday and the awards)

The awards were two nights ago? Last night? I don't remember. Whatever night I came home crying was.

As for Brad, I think it's just because I've never liked Brad. XD He's cute and all, but I didn't like his acting too much. EXCEPT, in Kalifornia. Now that was good acting! As for Angelina, I like that she does stuff for people but I don't like her acting either. Except in Girl, Interrupted. However, when it comes to the divorce... I think it's just funny Vince won against Brad and stuff. You know what I mean? Not in the cold hearted way, but I don't know. Also, whatever happened between them... David Arquette is going to reveal tomorrow and stuff. I forgot on what, but he's going to.

I LOVE Wanda. I LOVED her part in Clerks II. Even in the bloopers! XDDDDDD. Also, Ellen's another person I feel like I've grown up watching. She can pull of wearing anything to! At least to me. I think she's gorgeous. My friend and I were discussing that we think Ellen should take Rosie's place on The View because she has a better sense of humour and deals with things a lot more maturely. But then, I love the fact Ellen has her own talk show and stuff.
Allee: sexyannalady_lyca on January 12th, 2007 01:28 pm (UTC)
Robin is awesome. Have loved him since I was a kid too :D Have you seen Death to Smoochy? An awesome dark comedy, and he rocks in it!

Queen definitely pulls off the red. I haven't seen Last Holiday yet, but every time I see it, I think about buying it XP

Brad up against Vince is kinda funny, or ironic...whatever LOL. I love Vince as well, so I would be conflicted if I had watched. And loooove David Arquette. He is too cute. I hope he and Courtney make it. Am I the only one who thinks the name Coco is adorable? Tee hee :D

I would loooove to see Wanda live. Probably someday. When she was on Leno, talkking about the Mark Foley scandal, "Alcohol won't make you a pedophile! It might make you an asshole, but not a pedophile!" Sheer genius. I think I may go put in Clerks 2 now...

If Ellen didn't have here own show, it would be great if she was on The View. But I have never watched The View, but I love Ellen. I don't think I have ever met anyone who doesn't like her. And I always crack up at her commercial with the animals when the raccoon is doing her make up. It cracks me up more than it should, hehehehe.
candichristine on January 12th, 2007 01:55 pm (UTC)
Actually, I haven't met anyone who doesn't like Ellen either. What's weird is even all the homophobic people I know never had anything against Ellen. Is that weird? But I love Ellen. Ellen's good on everything. I remember watching her show the night she came out. That was a good episode.

LOL @ Wanda towards Mike Foley. She's amazing. What's great about her too is that she speaks what she thinks and no one in Hollywood yells at her for it. Or at least not that I know of, haha. She's awesome.

Coco IS adorable. I sort of wanted to see Death to Smoochy in full length, because I've only seen very few parts of it and different people including my mother have pointed it out to me while I'm out, but I always find it when I'm in definite search of something else (you know those days when you're just set on finding one movie no matter how many places you've got to find it!) but I am renting movies tonight so I'll check it out. :DDD

Last Holiday is a REALLY good film. I definitely recommend it!
Allee: iloveyouthismuchlady_lyca on January 12th, 2007 05:34 pm (UTC)
Ellen is just so clever and cute, she applies to everyone and every kind of humor I think.

And I think no one gets mad at Wanda Sykes because she is so clever and hilarious. :)

See it! "It's a rocket ship!" Believe me, you will laugh so hard at that after you see it. Hehehehe.

*adds Last Holiday to Netflix list* But I will probably end up buying it before it comes.

P.S. Thanks for the late/pretend invite XD
candichristine on January 12th, 2007 08:12 am (UTC)
Anytime! Hehe. But, you know what at the Angelika's (we have 3 here I think) everything is overpriced. I think our tickets were like $8 a piece, popcorn and all that was more but still. It's quite a lovely/clean place and like I said red carpet events all the time =)
Allee: sexyannalady_lyca on January 12th, 2007 01:30 pm (UTC)
$8!!! That's nothing! I haven't been to a movie around here in awhile; but last time I did, it was like $9.50 for a non-matinee! That's why I go to this one theatre a lot, because it is easy to sneak in and theatre hop. Oh, bad!Allee XD
candichristine on January 12th, 2007 01:50 pm (UTC)
Jeezus! :[ Even the $1 theatre here got a bit ridiculous awhile ago...$1 for a movie right but at least $14 for popcorn...no thank you. but you know i bet my grandpa knows of some good places. even if he doesn't go to certain places, he always seems to have secrets about good places to go. he'd be a good "good places to shop" writer. lol
Allee: empiremarklady_lyca on January 12th, 2007 05:32 pm (UTC)
Snack prices are so ridiculous! That's just one reason I sneak 'em in. When Amanda and I saw The Exorcism of Emily Rose, we snuck in brownies. And once my friend Bryan snuck in orange chicken, and some other people brought in hummus and pita bread. We are all such dorks LOL!
candichristine on January 12th, 2007 08:31 am (UTC)
a deal with you.
if we're still talking next year (which i hope we are! you've become a great friend!), i save up the money and we'll go to some awards show. deal? and i know if you become a part of the people's choice awards you get to be a part of it or something (i cant remember how that works!), but still. deal? XD
Allee: chwkennylady_lyca on January 12th, 2007 01:33 pm (UTC)
Re: a deal with you.
DEAL! Sounds like a plan!

You know what would be fun, being a seat filler. Of course, what would happen to me is it'd be like when Kramer was a seat-filler on Seinfeld. The guy whose seat he was in at the time won, so his group went up, and so did Kramer. And then he wouldn't give the guy his award XP

Re: a deal with you.
hahahahaha good god i love Seinfield...
my grandma told me it's actually true about butt doctors that they have that kind of sense of humour which i think is awesome.

Re: a deal with you.
To work with butts, you would have to I think. I wouldn't want some asshole working in my rectal region.

...Pun fully intended. I hate puns, but I had to do it XP

the office - i just sat there with my mouth hanging open. he'll be back - he has to be, he can't stay gone. you know he'll be back. KNOW IT. believe.
Allee: dwightdirtythoughtslady_lyca on January 12th, 2007 05:28 pm (UTC)
I do believe. It just doesn't work without him. It would be a completely different dynamic. Is it just me, or did Michael seem really annoyed with Andy at first last night? I mean, I know Dwight annoyed him, but it seemed more hostile to me.
treerad on January 12th, 2007 05:53 pm (UTC)
he did...this season is so interesting. it's such a silly show, but i feel like the last few episodes are really getting to some issues...while still being completely preposterous.
